This application is for Basic Services only. The basic wedding service is described here and is conducted exactly as described. This service takes a couple of minutes. If you would like a traditional, custom, or liturgical ceremony, please fill out this application.
You may call Pastor Jack at 585-324-0230 with questions, but it is recommended that you fill out an application if you have a specific date in mind.
The bride and groom are required by NY State law to obtain a Marriage License at least 24 hours but no more than 60 days before the wedding ceremony. This license must be provided to Pastor Jack before the ceremony begins. It is against NY State law for an officiant to solemnize a marriage for a couple who do not have a valid NY State Marriage License in the name of the bride and groom.
NY State law also requires the bride, groom, and witnesses signing the license to be capable of advised consent at the time of the wedding. If the bride, groom, or the witnesses signing the license are incapable of advised consent due to intoxication at the time of the wedding, Pastor Jack reserves the right to refuse his service.
For Basic Services at Pastor Jack's home, no changing rooms or public rest rooms are available. This is a come as you are service. Pastor Jack will be dressed casually. No more than two adult guests are allowed to serve as witnesses, unless the ceremony is to be held in Pastor Jack's back yard and arrangements have been made beforehand.
