PLEASE NOTE: The bride and groom are required to obtain a New York State Marriage License at least 24 hours but no more than 60 days before the wedding ceremony. It is against NY State law for an officiant to preside over a wedding ceremony without a valid NY State Marriage License in the name of the bride and groom. You must bring your marriage license and proof of identity to the ceremony.
At least one other witness is also required. If you do not have one, a witness can be provided during some evening hours. Advance notice required.
Only cash payments accepted for the basic service.
The entire ceremony usually takes a couple of minutes. Failure to arrive within your scheduled time may result in delay or rescheduling of your ceremony.
